There is a rumor that the new owners of The Majestic failed to do their planning and are no longer moving it to AC. Marietta is the new rumored destination. I guess we will see how that plays out. I know this is off topic of the thread so I apologize.

Trust me they still do. I'm curious to see what part of SEO you guys are from. As a landlord myself, I know the pain of trying to keep a property cleaned up after a bad tenant. I can only imagine what it would be like in the city and i'm sure its quite a bit more expensive as well.
