wow. haven't seen any of that before. The park avenue one looks incredible. Both are equally awesome though. It's great to see them creating housing for middle income residents, WH seems to be doing a good job of balancing their new housing. The scholar house is low income, poste is pretty high, and now this for middle.

Interesting. I'm glad to see it being redeveloped, I just hope they don't demolish too much. Better than being abandoned though

Thanks for the updates! If anyone has pictures of the new buildings I'd love to see them! Curious how ugly that one building is!

how on earth are people dumb enough to not only spend $250,000(!!!!) of their own money, but tack on a couple extra million after that?- Cincinnati: Over-the-Rhine: Development and News
I think you may be interpreting the parking symbol wrong. There is currently a lot on the area with the red P which they are most likely representing here. Theyre representing current parking areas with the circled red P, and then the new garage is its own entity which would most likely have an opening on 15th.- Cincinnati: Wasson Way Trail
why the hell would this be approved by the city?- Cincinnati: Interstate 75
Anyone wanna form a COAST-like group that opposes highway spending instead?- Cincinnati: Oakley: Development and News
Do you mean like The Regency? If so, I would almost guarentee not. The breadsmith/lululemon building in Hyde Park Square almost got axed and its only like 6 stories or something.- Cincinnati: Downtown: Fort Washington Way Cap
Could always do what Columbus did and put single story restaurants/shops lining the street. Then put greenspace behind the stores (columbus doesn't have that)- Cincinnati: Downtown: Fort Washington Way Cap
I wonder if they'll have public input on whether to do buildings vs park. Really hope its not just an assumption that itll be parks- Cincinnati: Oakley: Development and News
there have been a ton of townhouses getting proposed/built in oakley. These may not be the most attractive but I love the use of townhouses vs detached- Cincinnati: Downtown: The Banks
https://www-bizjournals-com.research.cincinnatilibrary.org/cincinnati/news/2019/11/05/portune-cranley-strike-a-deal-on-developing-the.html This is the first time in a LONG time I've heard this mentioned. In the end everything seems to have worked out pretty well.- Newport, KY: Ovation
any word on if/when the rest will be happening?- Cincinnati: Pendleton: Development and News
Am I dumb or are those both the same thing? Its facing sycamore, and as as result its also facing main?- Cincinnati: Downtown: Heritage Bank Center
well this certainly is...news I guess- Cincinnati: Walnut Hills / East Walnut Hills: Development and News
Is there anything besides a rumor confirming that?- Cincinnati: Walnut Hills / East Walnut Hills: Development and News

MSU is an extension of main campus, from my understanding. I know theres UM Dearborn/Flint so not sure how this may work into that system.- Cincinnati: Downtown: The Banks
who votes on this?- Cincinnati: Downtown: The Banks
So pretty much everyone - even the business owners there, disagree with this, and despite that it'll somehow get pushed through- Cincinnati: Fountain Square: Development and News
I have to imagine that if Kroger/84.51 move a couple hundred of employees there, then the demand for restaurants would also hugely increase- Detroit: Developments and News
I find it interesting how both UM & MSU are pushing into the bigger Michigan cities. MSU practically has an entire medical research campus in GR now, and UM is going to have this in Detroit.- Cincinnati: Walnut Hills / East Walnut Hills: Development and News
https://www.bizjournals.com/cincinnati/news/2019/10/29/a-former-walnut-hills-church-is-being-converted-to.html Pretty neat, seems like a really efficient use of the space. Also haven't been in town for a while, how is all of Walnut Hills looking (renovations/Poste)? When I was there for the summer they seemed to be progressing pretty well. - Covington, KY: Development and News
