  1. Brooklyn has the advantage of people willing to literally live anywhere there is space, I doubt living practically underneath a highway would be as appealing here
  2. Where was the stained glass for the church? Surely they didnt make new glass for it
  3. they look nice, but man those appliances are the same ones I have in a crummy college apartment right now
  4. makes you realize how tiny the old kroger was
  5. Why is this city so afraid of the streetcar? Like I get "muh taxes" and all that, but at this point doesnt everyone realize that the streetcar is designed to be a part of something bigger? Or are they just willfully ignorant?
  6. Its probably disrespectful, but honestly cemetaries in the middle of neighborhoods annoy me (dont worry I understand they exist for a reason), like theres so much valuable space taken up by dead people. On that same note, golf courses are the absolute worst.
  7. I dont really know for sure, but wouldnt that be an ad from FS1? Looks like its advertising the game, not FCC
  8. Great to see it! How many units will this have?
  9. Those townhouses being built on Woodburn amaze me, cant imagine anything like that being built even 5 years ago

  12. if the caps all become park space im gonna lose my mind https://www-bizjournals-com.research.cincinnatilibrary.org/cincinnati/news/2019/08/23/cranley-driehaus-spar-over-mayor-s-new-demands-for.html Also: So cranley now wants the venue to be on lot 24. Shocker there, this makes absolutely no sense.
  13. I know its not perfect, but I am glad FCC is using garages instead of surface lots. Not sure if the county/city mandated that, but either way its better than what it could be.
  14. I think they said summer 2020, but he said if it has a lot of demand then itll get started earlier
  15. https://www.bizjournals.com/cincinnati/news/2019/08/22/developer-bullish-on-demand-for-office-at-the.html Glad to see this is moving forward quickly
  16. Where did it come from? I just havent seen anything official about it
  17. speaking of that...has there been any movement to actually do anything to findlay playground?
  18. https://www.bizjournals.com/cincinnati/news/2019/08/20/exclusive-office-commercial-space-planned-for.html Cant read the article, are they still planning the new apartment building or will it only be commercial/office?
  19. Just to satisfy my curiosity... Has anyone heard anything about new development in Oakley? Specifically the Fresh Market area, I know a user mentioned that a realty group owned a large part of that block, and I was just wondering if there was any speculation for the area. Especially with all the krogers + rookwood whole foods, that store cannot be doing well. I drive through Oakley a lot, and it always annoys me that madison is just underdeveloped in general.
  20. Well, that would certainly solve a lot of controversy
  21. Holy hell. That rendering is awful. There are hotels out in mason and blue ash that look less suburban than that. I feel like a nimby but I really hope this doesnt happen.
  22. Agreed, I never see people in pickled pig. They look closed half the week anyways. Its a shame, but I assume it'll be closing soon.
