  1. Ramundos & Ruthai will not be demolished. There will be 3 buildings demolished. 1 - Empty bar, which has been empty 5+ years 2 - Vacuum Store - On and off empty, looks like **** 3 - Only real business, mt lookout shoe repair, which will be a shame to lose The buildings are honestly ugly, in awful shape, and a constantly changing storefront. I'll be glad to see them go.
  2. The shoe repair store is the only notable business, that vacuum repair store looks abandoned half the time, and that bars been empty for 5+ years
  3. Looks like a 36 unit building, with a potential other building on Linwood afterwards. Thankfully neither Ruthai or Ramundos are leaving. More: https://www.bizjournals.com/cincinnati/news/2019/07/18/exclusive-developer-eyes-9-luxury-apartment.html
  4. I have literally never had any desire to go there, and I'm sure many others feel the same

Love seeing the facebook reactions to this... "Think of the drainage issues!!!" & "Who would want to live there?? Dont build this!"
  6. Am I missing something or do you mean 34 green? 37 Green looks like a perfectly good building (at least in google maps)
  7. There actually is a desire to do that. There are lots behind the CVS/theatre that have been looked at to replace the square parking, but they are all owned by one person who vehemently refuses to sell them. There just isnt a lot of land around the square, so the only other options would be a development like this to support underground parking.
  8. honestly they just need some trees in the new renderings
  9. Meeting at Christ the King tonight at 6:30 to discuss the redevlopment of these 4 properties into luxury apartments!
