  1. Not sure if this has been posted further upthread, but the Stokes West site is lined with fencing and equipment inside.
  2. https://x.com/crainscleveland/status/1719142188284567868?s=46&t=O816mcJLPCkU24QvrDjaZw 167 jobs to the Innovation District beginning next year.
  3. They booked at the Hilton for their Cleveland visit, but were surprised to find the hotel had relocated to the Sun Belt.
  4. Yeah I can pretty much guarantee with a location like this they’re taking a holistic approach to healthcare. Plus a lot of the Clinic’s more recent builds have glass curtain walls.
  5. I heard Lutheran is moving to Atlanta, Charlotte or Dallas.
  6. Has this thread had the word “additions” for awhile or is that a new.. addition?
  7. Considering my familiarity with some of the residents it’s more of an educated guess that it’s preferred to have a cul de sac to a mid-rise. Community input is key though for sure.
  8. While I understand where you’re coming from I disagree. Generally speaking people who bought houses in Lee-Harvard, Old Brooklyn and West Park don’t want Woodhill Station’s 4 over 1 in their neighborhoods. Tax paying people living in the city with a semi-suburban plot suits some lifestyles.
  9. I kind of LOL’d that final sentence containing elegant green space in quotes. I’m pretty happy I was too young to be aware of Mayor White’s crass decisions.
  10. Any chance newly founded Canon Healthcare USA could be a tenant?
  11. Cleveland sunrise.. sounds like a great drink 🍹
  12. No zoomies flying, but another project with Irishtown Bend in the background. Maybe that can have a crane 😂
  13. I believe it’s in part of the site of the Global Center for Pathogen Research and Human Health labs.
  14. Well this storm wasn’t playing around.. https://www.instagram.com/p/Cu71-zipLl3/?hl=en
  15. I think every major city, possibly with the exception of Dubai, has something similar to “the shack” among their most prominent buildings. If it makes sense in the future, it’s an easy tear down for a tower 3. FTR, I say that with the understanding that tower 2 is not likely imminent.
  16. @GREGinPARMA called Marie? Congratulations!
  17. Construction crew busy heave-hoing
  18. Had to pinch myself thought we’d never see that crane 😂
  19. I could be wrong but I think setbacks, bollards and other safety measures are a requirement of any modern day courthouse due to the Oklahoma City bombing.
  20. FES signage is down. Sayonara.
  21. Am I reading this right? Two high rises on each side of the Greyhound station?
  22. I have no inside knowledge but would guess the Rose Building will almost certainly be converted to residential after applying for historic tax credits.. among other things. Probably still a few years off I think.
