Any developer would love to build for SW just like almost any city would bend over backwards to make way for them. Cleveland is doing the same to Brecksville, perhaps on a greater scale to Brecksville’s detriment, by attempting to lure Cross Country. My hope is those who decide on SW’s future home understand the importance of visibility and talent acquisition/retention making DT Cleveland an easy choice.

I’m having a late September wedding and hoping Church and State’s crane is up by then. Admittedly I want some of my out of town guests to feel that crane envy. Maybe I’ll get lucky and the nuCLEus site will be gated off and Euclid Grand will have a mobile hydraulic crane parked in front of it ?

Will they allow for the credit to be awarded once work on a project has begun? I can’t see Sinito allowing to pass 925’s awarded historical credit.

It looks as though they’re completely replacing the roof. Was in a car so couldn’t stop to see if there was a construction office. I know this project has been in a holding pattern for awhile anyone know if this is going forward?

Anyone have a finger on the pulse of this project? I know there are a lot of folks here who have serious real estate connections.. just curious if anyone has heard how the prevailing wage gap issue may effect things going forward.

Is there any reason to believe this consolidation is in the works? Or is it all speculating from the UO community?

If they were to consolidate anywhere along the Heathline Euclid Corridor works. It certainly would help boost ridership.

I’m both employed and reside in the City of Cleveland. I have no complaints about paying into projects that benefit our economy and quality of life.

I would think financing has come too far for this project to not get off the ground.. but something tells me a summer groundbreaking has become far less probable.

I thought Lumen was to be 34, if now 36 wouldn’t it eclipse 400 feet? Or am I missing something?
