Cleveland: Downtown: Ten60 Bolivar Apartments
Development is cool, as long as it doesn’t block views of the Hilton Garden Inn (probably)

In the US Bank Plaza? That’s great news, it’s currently so poorly lit.

Cleveland: Random Photos
Cleveland’s second downtown shining on this beautiful day. May need to widen the panoramic view when the tower at 89th and Carnegie starts to rise.

A neotrans article at the bottom of a thread’s page? Never thought I’d see the day

Were there any renderings for what the interior will look like when it’s finished?

Cleveland: Downtown Office Buildings Updates
There isn’t a city in the world that wouldn’t incorporate University Circle into their limits. I think Cleveland residents, tourists and employers are all taking notice of just how much it has to offer.

Cleveland: Ohio City: Bridgeworks Development
It’s great, reminds me of a west coast mid-rise. I love the different architectural styles Cleveland has been seeing over the last several years. I’d probably like the garage to look a little more like an occupied building but the vines are a nice touch. Kind of funky which I think works well on W 25th.

Cleveland: Random Visualizations & Massings
Why do I feel like a Superman mural was planned for the Standard Building. Was that ever a thing or am I imagining it?

Cleveland: Random Visualizations & Massings
https://clevelandmagazine.com/in-the-cle/news/articles/the-big-blank-wall-of-cleveland's-standard-building-is-getting-a-colorful-mural According to this it was to take 30-45 days and be completed in 2023. So maybe this summer? I honestly have no idea if it’s still planned though.

There are a handful of things that rival a Lake Erie summer sunset.- Cleveland: Random Development and News
Behind the paywall of Michelle’s article it states this is more of a revamp than a do-away. Cleveland will continue to incentivize projects but are likely to use a new matrix in how they score what projects get how much. Capital investments, public vs private money, job creation and wages will be factored. Access to jobs, services and transit is also expected to weigh in. The city is working to improve all of it’s programs not just this. The only incentive that’s completely disappearing is the “Vacant Property Initiative”.- Cleveland: Random Development and News
LOL. Nothing like having a good lawyer on hand to clean up my affirmations.- Cleveland: Random Development and News
Yeah I get the sinking feeling that they’re now pursuing a new stadium in Richfield, Independence or Berea. The timing of this incoming bomb still has me confused. One thing I know for sure if there’s money to be made by developing the lakefront the Haslam’s will do it. Our views of what’s feasible and their views of what’s feasible I’m betting differ drastically.- Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters

I think a certain synergy could exist between two casinos for the same reason clusters of bars do better than bars that stand alone.- Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
@KJPdo you know if a casino is built there would it be allowed to have table games or just slots and a sportsbook? I hope they consider other entertainment options as well. Live music, water park, something that will really keep a hotel booked for 365 days.- Cleveland: Midtown: Development and News
I’d call that a nice little bomb. These types of developments get me as excited as 20 story high rises going up downtown. Silicon Cleveland :)- Cleveland: Clark–Fulton / Stockyards: Development and News
- Cleveland: Slavic Village: Development and News
That’s true but the market will dictate the building’s future. Don’t get me wrong I’m much happier the building doesn’t sit vacant.- Cleveland: Slavic Village: Development and News
Ken made mention in an article regarding Cleveland Police moving into the Artcraft Building that those in the art scene tend to stabilize a neighborhood before they are eventually made to find a new home once the neighborhood has stabilized. I really hope that the next neighborhood is Slavic Village. It’s terrible to see the blight in a place that unique. And there is no way that beautiful building at Broadway and E 55th should be a “Hubcap Heaven”.- Brecksville: Valor Acres Development
