I get your point, but I think if you’re attempting to attract Gen Z students who desire getting their education in a bustling urban environment, a sleek modernized tower is a more appealing place to live than a tower that screams Eastern Europe in 1980.

This feels like a win for Downtown and more specifically the Superior Arts District. Opportunity Corridor never felt right for our city’s police HQ.

It’s called “The Game” for a reason. Ryan Day has led an embarrassing effort two years in a row. Recruiting has been great but give me a coach that will inspire his players for this game or GTFO of the way for a coach who will.

Is the entirety of the State’s funding for the Innovation District allocated? I would think a portion of CSU’s master plan would be able to tap into that.

Yeah I find that I give thought to my own mortality when considering the amounts of lakefront plans we’ve seen over the decades.

So far it’s an elevator core. I think it’ll fill out noticeably when steel begins to rise.

Saw from the Shoreway today that many of the windows on the upper levels are no longer shuttered. Not sure what it means but it’s a sight I don’t recall seeing in my lifetime. Couldn’t snap a pic because I was driving. I can try next week maybe unless someone beats me to it.
