I heard rumblings of this but it was almost 5 years ago. Those buildings are in bad shape so I could see them being replaced over the next decade or two. Haven’t heard of anything imminent though.- Cleveland: Jack Cleveland Casino
Anyone with insight on where in the Jack the sportsbook might take shape? I really hope they focus on the experience. Here’s hoping for something like Circa in Vegas 🤩- Cleveland: Random Development and News
Agree. In fact this 446 foot tall skyscraper is so underrated they left it off the “Tallest Buildings in Ohio” Wikipedia page.- Cleveland: Little Italy: Development and News
How many Woodhill apartments, City Clubs and Innovation Districts can one city have? 😵💫- Cleveland: Restaurant News & Info
They cited staffing as the reason and that feels right. Post pandemic their service was beyond bad. Not rude or anything, but I had better servers as a 16 year old taking my dates to Applebees. Not exaggerating.- Cleveland: Downtown: Skyline 776 (City Club Apartments)
This photo really encapsulates how far Cleveland has come over the last decade or so.. from what was almost certain demolition of the Cleveland Trust Tower, to it’s rescue and becoming the city’s best known mixed use development. Then the boom on Euclid Ave. that followed. Great shot @MuRrAy HiLL- Cleveland: General Business & Economic News

What @Mendosaid. I think we’re just not used to seeing that angle of City Club Apartments in renders, but looks about right directly across from the PNC building.- Cleveland: General Business & Economic News

Wow, that rooftop is perfect.- Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Rode the No. 3 on Superior from AsiaTown to Public Square yesterday evening. Let me tell you, the view to the west where our skyline once had a huge hole that’s now filled by a massive tower crane made this guy a proud Clevelander 😎- Cleveland: Random Development and News

True but I believe another criteria of the TMUD was to demonstrate it’s necessity to a project. I would think a developer with as deep of pockets as Bedrock for example would have a hard time explaining the need for the financial boost.- Cleveland: Random Development and News
I’m encouraged that none of the projects we’ve heard from @KJPand other forumers that are percolating applied. It indicates to me they can finance their plans without the help of a TMUD.- Cleveland: Ohio City: INTRO (Market Square / Harbor Bay Development)

Ok I got to ask, is what’s being referenced the projects we’re aware of? (E.g. Bedrock development)- Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Looks to be red - and looks like I’ll be winning my prop bet with a friend 🤑- Cleveland: Downtown: Gateway District: Development and News
The Beacon has been a nice addition as viewed from Progressive Field, and to a lesser degree The Lumen. But I get your point.. hopeful the next decade brings a handful more.- Cleveland: General Business & Economic News
Might as well discuss ARPA-H while we’re at it 😏- Columbus: Downtown: Hilton Columbus Downtown Tower II
Your friend here in Cleveland likes it a lot. How many feet is it topped out at? Also, when will the first guests arrive?- Cleveland Guardians Discussion
