This is fantastic news! The lines of Ohio City and Downtown are really going to start to blur (even more) in the next few years.

Beautiful day in Cleveland and our second downtown’s latest high rise is coming along nicely.

And the owner of this fine establishment was on the news this week groveling that they should receive a last call extension. I hope this is the final straw.. the surrounding businesses aren’t going to put up with Anejo as a neighbor for much longer.

They were sitting there, but it was late last night that I drove through. I thought it could be staging for another project but also thought it was a little far off to stage for 105 and Cedar. What do I know though. From the sound of KJP’s post it probably is a staging area.

I wasn’t able to snap a pic but the surface lot on the northwest corner of E 100 and Cedar is surrounded by fencing with heavy equipment on it. I know it wouldn’t be the Cole expansion, but could that be one of the Clinic’s other two big projects?

Asking judges to double up in order to save tax payers $82 million doesn’t sound like an unreasonable request.

I’m a little confused how the Cross Country HQ is an applicant. Are they planning a 15+ story tower? 🤔

Not sure how Cleveland makes this list if that’s how much VC funding there was. Thinking a number was left off either the beginning or end of that. Edit: It also seems to mention most cities VC funding for 2020. Boxcast had $20 million of VC funding in Q4 2020 alone.

Huge asset. At minimum it’s 3,500 well paying jobs.

^I and many others pay baseball stadium prices for a hot dog at Happy Dog in part because of the weird toppings and polka music. Day & Night may find it’s niche. Paying homage to Kid Cudi is probably enough to get me in the door.

Is there a metric for measuring what a player is paid to how little he produces? If there is Hooper has to lead the league in it.
