Cleveland: University Circle: Uptown (UARD)
In my opinion a smaller scale grocery/retail store would be really beneficial for the space across from the gym. Constantino's is incredibly expensive and there is no retail shopping in the area. Possibly a pharmacy with some sort of expanded grocery section?

There's a child care center going into one of the retail spaces of Centric. I will snap pictures next time I'm over there.

Cleveland: Random Development and News
I noticed a crew doing some drilling work on a huge empty lot across from Tri-C Metro after class the other day. Could this be a hint at some upcoming townhomes/lower income apartments at this spot?

Cleveland: Campus District
Got an email from the CSU Mountaineering Club that a Rock Climbing gym is going to be going into the retail location next to the Amazon pickup location on Euclid. Exciting news! I'm not sure how they can fit it in there, but good luck to them on the efforts! It looks like it's going to be called Nosotros, and they seem to have a location in Lakewood. I'm excited to see what is to come!

Cleveland: Little Italy: Development and News
I walk by this everyday to work and class. It seems like there is some stuff behind the scenes going on it one of the storefronts, but yes I agree that it is pretty vacant in some spots. I am really excited to see what goes in the retail portions of La Collina, and I hope it has more utility value for the residents of the neighborhood than another expensive restaurant.

Snapped a good unconventional view of downtown that has a good view of the lumen, beacon and TT ? Also, I started an Instagram if anyone is interested in following it. It is @ClevelandBuilt

Cleveland: Random Photos
I'm thinking about starting an Instagram to showcase some Cleveland's unique architecture (and possibly starting real estate photography as a side hustle) I've taken around the city. I'm always impressed by the incredible architecture in the city. Here are some of my favorite photos I've taken thus far... Feedback on these/the idea?

Cleveland Development Map
Good map! Any way you could make it so users could add spots?

Cleveland: Random Development and News
I went in and looked around and was surprised to the prices inside. The basic households/groceries were not expensive at all, the cheapest I've seen downtown. They have fresh produce, milk, eggs, frozen. It's nice seeing a concept store like this come downtown, but I hope it doesn't take away business from smaller mom n pop convenience stores downtown(I think it will, but that's just my opinion) I've seen many videos and read many articles about the trouble DG and other dollar chains have caused to small retail outlets in rural communities https://www.fastcompany.com/90278384/why-dollar-stores-are-bad-business-for-the-neighborhoods-they-open-in Would it be unwise to say they could possibly cause similar havoc disruption in a downtown environment?

Cleveland: Downtown: Gateway District: Development and News
True, this one might be of similar fashion. There is also a new BoA by CSU in the Langston building and it is just a series of ATM machines with no actual teller.

This is going to be a Bank of America. I talked with a contractor from Chicago who is doing work in Cleveland and he was telling me Bank of America is expanding their presence in Cleveland.
