  1. Am I missing something? I thought it was decided that the Browns aren't going to move and will renovate the existing stadium instead... "“The Browns, as well as other stakeholders on the lakefront, all have been working collaboratively on this effort. What we know from the Haslam Sports Group is they plan to build a comprehensive and integrated stadium,” Pan Huang said." - News 5 Cleveland (from October 24).
  2. What a coincidence! I was in row 16 lol Views of the skyline from inside the stadium were a welcome surprise - can't wait to see how it evolves further in the future 🙌
  3. Brought to you by a Cleveland Browns win 🤩
  4. From a week ago (maintaining workplace safety, photo while stopped at a light) 😂
  5. I like the idea that Cleveland is "under siege by cranes" lol
  6. My pleasure. My hope is to go back by the end of the year and refine the renderings a bit, maybe create a fictitious proposal like I recently posted for the soccer stadium in Rando Vis.
  7. Certainly! Although I won't be able to do anything until after Thanskgiving 🙌🦃
  8. As promised/teased from the Cleveland SC Stadium thread: After a month of design work, just havin a bit of cheeky fun here on a football/basketball day in Cleveland. Enjoy the submittal and please ask questions/give comments if you feel like it - I'd certainly appreciate the feedback. Disclaimer: this is all fake and meant to simulate a bare-bones proposal, and unfortunately I didn't have the time to make full 3D renderings. On the other hand, I went and designed a soccer team name and logo to really sell it lol. The goal is to show an overview of the development but not get bogged down in details, and I'm aware I've missed many intricacies that would need to be considered for such a big plan. Also, apologies for the copy symbol, I decided to put it on it just to be safe 😂 I wish I could attach a PDF but images will have to do:
  9. Detailed Design of the Superior Bikeway is complete, and there was a presentation/open house last night (Tuesday Nov. 14). https://www.cleveland.com/news/2023/11/clevelands-long-awaited-245m-midway-bikeway-on-superior-avenue-enters-final-detailed-design-process.html All of the detailed PDFs can be found here: https://www.clevelandmidway.com/resources $25 million price tag with expected start of construction in 2025!
  10. Enjoy Australia, I was just in Brisbane in June! Can't agree more with your assessment.
  11. Noted, thanks for the idea! I'm pretty sure LFS in Louisville also has a mini soccer pitch for kids, so I'll try and adopt something similar here.
  12. My rendering project currently in the works is a fictitious stadium / TOD stadium village proposal for this particular site. I'm hoping to be able to share it with y'all in the next week or two in Rando Vis thread! I reckon it's my most ambitious project yet 😅
  13. I really like this spot. While we're at it, why not tack on a permanent tennis court/center here too so that we can host more people at Tennis in the Land in future years 😮
  14. The 60% Plans are out and boy are they beautiful!!! https://www.cleveland.com/news/2023/10/60-complete-cleveland-downtown-lakefront-plan-calls-for-affordable-fun-scaled-down-shoreway-eventual-move-for-browns-tailgaters.html No need to write home to just yet, but in the renderings Cleveland Browns Stadium is incased in (in my *professional* experience), a brand-spankin new facade and concourse expansion!
  15. Brief aside, but I think it would be awesome if official plans for the NWSL team/stadium were announced coinciding with the 2024 Women's NCAA Final Four in Cleveland. From a marketing perspective given the timeline, it almost makes too much sense?! 🤯 But I digress...
  16. It's just a rendering guys, don't get too excited!😁
  17. It's just a part of the branding package for this season: A little off-topic, but anyhow... 😅
  18. I have no pictures cuz I was driving, but crews were out yesterday clearing the last of the trees and debris for the Franklin Blvd realignment next to the Riverview Welcome Center/Riverview Towers Edit: sorry mods!, this should be in Irishtown Bend 😭
  19. Some sort of swanky event happening yesterday (10/13) at the museum so I couldn't get too close, but managed to get some pictures anyway. This thing is a beaut!
  20. @Ineffable_Matt RE: INTRO in place of Bridgeworks Nothin fancy, but why not put the new renderings to work 🤙
  21. The properties themselves will certainly have landscaping and *some degree of* upkeep, I'm pretty sure it's a R/W issue since the developers can't buy up streets to develop per se. Improvements only go to the property line and the property line is the edge of the street basically. Guess I'm just asking about the likeliness that the city itself has plans to redo any of the roads around Scranton in conjunction with the developments...
