  1. So when are we founding the official UrbanOhio real estate development company? Jokes aside, that place looks amazing.
  2. In the presentation they labeled the riverfront restaurants currently under construction as Phase 3A. Next up on the list they have is 3B which would include ~1800 apartment units, coworking/office space, townhomes, and a bunch more retail, all for an approx cost of $550 million. I know it'll likely end up being broken up into more phases, but that would be absolutely insane to see all under development at once.
  3. Woodhill Station West is in the Kinsman neighborhood and Woodhill Center East is in Woodland Hills neighborhood. Unless the Buckeye thread is in reference to the street, not the neighborhood.
  4. Woodhill Station West newer plans: The new changes are an improvement. I'm still not the biggest fan of the plan and setbacks but I love to see development in this area and 120 units is quite the development. Also, the future building looks like it might have streetfront retail or at least no setback. Next is Woodhill Center East: I'm less excited about the changes made to this one, but again, I always enjoy some dense development.
  5. From the livestream today: Project will be 5 townhomes. What they have for working project name is simply "Large House." I'm just so extremely impressed. Dimit is incredibly talented. One UC, the Dexter, FEB, the Viaduct, West 73rd Apartments, and now this. Architectural revival done right.
  6. I'm just hoping their BOZA appeal goes well.
  7. Yep it's pretty good wine but the really cool part is the uniqueness of growing the grapes right here in the city. And the owner is a great guy. Fun to talk to.
  8. I'm assuming it's either that or where ORCA House was demolished across the street from the planned Mews on E 90th. Not UC but the greater UC area... EDIT: Nvm KJP says it's Meijer. Never expected this to turn out to be be a high-rise!
  9. Redevelopment is in the works for 897-907 E 105th St. Already added is a new restaurant, "105Grill", which opened up last month. Also planned is a beauty bar, a salon, a retail store, and an office. The permits were vague and didn't inform me of exact businesses. We'll probably find that out once the upcoming uses go before BOZA since they don't have a parking lot.
  10. Who wants low res screenshots that I cropped from a poorly framed livestream presentation? Sorry, these are the best site plans I could get from the stream. Lots of office space and room for growth in the near future. Mixed use components are 2110 and 2104. 2110 will be approximately 40 apartments, and 2104 will apparently be ground floor retail/restaurant topped by 3 very large apartment units according to the presenter. They plan to construct and complete all components simultaneously. They mentioned intentions to rent many of the apartment units (if not all of them) to CCM employees who want to live on campus.
  11. Yep it's tough keeping updated now, but gotta love how much we have going on now. I don't think this one was posted here yet but I could be wrong with how much development is going on.
  12. Redevelopment at the southeast corner of Scranton Rd and Kenilworth. Developer planning on rehabbing vacant structure for a first floor medical office and apartments on top.
  13. This project, the Mews on E 90th Street, is still alive and planning to move forward. Stopped by today and saw that the first site at the southeast corner of E 90th St and Carrie Ct was demoed.
  14. The Harbor 44 development got approval from BOZA. One of the planned tenants, Sherwin Williams, wants to move in ASAP so construction will probably start soon-ish. The developer has future work planned south of this one as you can see here:
  15. I hear ya. Not to say every Columbus development is good, but they seem to do a much better job creating attractive, stately buildings that integrate well into a historic environment.
  16. Moving very quickly. They're on the landmarks commission agenda for October 8th. Architect is Dimit so I'm excited to see what they've come up with next.
  17. Was checking loopnet and noticed that Thunderbird is now being marketed with NRP's plans available. Really hoping whatever developer comes next scraps this crap and makes a better design.
  18. Check out the Lincoln Heights master plan from earlier this year to get an idea of neighborhood boundaries https://neo-trans.blogspot.com/2020/03/tremont-lincoln-heights-plan-shows.html
  19. @KJP sorry beat you to it. They're building a single family house. Also a detached garage with an in-law suite on top. It was at the May 28th landmarks commission meeting.
  20. Ya I love the density and location, but who wants to live in or walk past such a sterile blank box. No color, no ornament, no variation in the façade's design or texture, nothing...
  21. 18 unit and 12 unit apartment buildings planned for Willey Ave on Duck Island from the latest planning commission meeting
  22. Rite Aid is planning to build a new construction location at 13741 Euclid Ave. Small news for this forum, but notable for East Cleveland.
  23. In really enjoying the playfulness of this project with its slide and seesaw. And I can't wait to see the alley between the buildings leased out with retail/restaurants!
  24. Some pics of the next phase of the quarter from a couple days ago
