  10. Just some pics from this morning of the Axis at Ansel development: Walking around the area it's also interesting to see all of the gorgeous old apartment buildings. A lot of them are vacant which gives me hope that Axis will spur the renovation of some of these properties.

  24. Downtown stuff: Construction has started on the flats restaurants and construction has finished on the Beacon. Not listed are the Avenue District condos, 1020 Bolivar offices, the Summer Avenue apartments, the City Block Redevelopment of Tower City, the Riverview phase of City Block, redevelopment of the south side of superior between 21st and 22nd with CrossCountry Mortgage HQ and/or residential, Lumen Act 2 at Chester and E 13th, Sherwin Williams HQ, Grossman Paper Box Co apartments (under construction?), 2125 superior redevelopment, the Superior Bicycle Midway, and probably some stuff I forgot.
