  1. Is the last building that was pictured owned by UC? I know they are moving a lot of their academic medical departments over to the new building from their current location at the Medical Sciences Building. I figured they don't usually lease out space.
  2. Down with this project! The disruption to tailgating volume around the stadium would too greatly impact the cottage industry of selling crappy F**K Baltimore T-shirts, plastic beeded Browns necklaces, and game day pan-handling. Pesht hurts the little people, the huddled masses, and the street hawkers. I ask, does Cleveland really need/want Pesht? ;)

Just curious, how many people were on the trolley with you?

Well, it said they began arguing at Public Square. The perp could have stabbed him there, and continued on the Trolley until his stop at Playhouse Square ;)

I didn't find it with a quick glance through this thread, but does anybody know if the financial problems that MCO now MUO was facing had anything to do with the timing and willingness between the two for a merger?

Ditto edale, epitomy of art deco in Cinci is the Palm court. Did get the Netherlands Plaza though. Great thread.
  9. Does anybody know when the AT last had any tenants?
  10. This may be a stupid question, but what was the point of buying this tower to tear it down and replace it with a new tower. I assumed that it was acquired because it was an empty building and it would make more financial sense to rehab than build a new. Why not acquire a parking garage/less substantial building, slightly farther south on E 9th and build the complex there. Wouldn't tearing down a building of that size be cost prohibitive?
  11. The University of Columbus
