I'd be interested in seeing a combo of "future skyline" ( SW, nuCLEus, flats/ nautica development, lumen 2 ) and potential if burke ever got put to good use. Could be office skyscrapers, residential, a combination, anything really. Also any new development around the stadium ( new clinic building ) and a new jail building. I'm sure I'm forgetting things but jus some starting points. I really enjoy the visuals @Geowizical

Idk why the city wouldn't be more aggressive in trying to bring an MLS team to the city!! New 50k stadium ( plenty of worthy sites ) either DT or maby close to UC? How about in MidTown as a hub to connect both areas? Wherever it was built would immediately see millions in additional investment in the surrounding areas.

First post but I love reading all these threads!! Question I have? Wouldn't a brand new state of the art football stadium ( potentially built on wolstein center site or towards e 27 ) spurn MASSIVE investments everywhere around CampusTown?! 40k stadium with corporate suites I can imagine downtown packed on sat afternoons. Idk why Cle St never has tried to field a football team, I feel it could be I incredibly successful
