Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
I don’t see why not. The lot is west of Public Square but it still borders it. It would likely follow the same address conventions as Key, Terminal Tower, 55 PS, 200 PS, etc.

Technically the Jacobs lot is west of Public Square.

As I read the article again, it sounds like H&M Home might be expanding off of the current two-story H&M space. The only nearby space available is the former Maggiano's location, which I believe is also two stories.

Five stores and one counter service restaurant coming to Beachwood Mall by the fall: H&M Home (only 7 currently in the U.S. - 24,425 sq. ft) Zumiez (first one on the east side) Carter's (I wonder if the one at Golden Gate will stay open) Journeys Kidz (first on the east side) JD Sports (second in Ohio - one at Polaris) Baja Bistro Tex-Mex Grille Trying to think where H&M Home will go. Maybe they combine the spaces where Hollister & Gap were and move California Nails? https://www.cleveland.com/entertainment/2020/01/hm-home-store-coming-to-beachwood-place-in-the-fall.html

Looks like Charlotte Russe is returning to Great Lakes Mall. The sign has been reinstalled and a “coming soon” sign is in the entrance. It’ll be nice to have that big space by Planet Fitness filled again.

Despite the rapid number of closures at Beachwood over the last couple months, I'm optimistic that they'll be able to fill at least the smaller spaces fairly quickly. New York & Company and Akira moved in not long after J. Crew and the other tenant vacated. I could see fast-growing brands like Aerie or even Hollister's Gilly Hicks coming to Beachwood. Mall ownership has said numerous times over the years how they've had to turn away prospective tenants due to such a high occupancy rate. With spaces of all sizes now available, here's their chance.

Westlake: Crocker Park
Buy Buy Baby and World Market coming to the Phase 3 area by AG and H&M next fall. 14,400 sq ft and 18,270 sq ft, respectively. This should take up a huge chunk of the remaining space. https://www.cleveland.com/business/2020/01/world-market-buybuybaby-coming-to-crocker-park-in-fall-2020.html https://www.crainscleveland.com/retail/crocker-park-add-two-new-retailers

Just had dinner at Pinstripes and saw that Cleveland’s first (Ohio’s second) Fabletics store is coming soon. It will be located between Brighton and Untuckit. This will complete that entire block of retail under the AC Hotel.

According to this article, Saucy Pinecrest will 2,000 square feet. Guessing that means it won’t be heading into the former City Works space: https://m.clevescene.com/scene-and-heard/archives/2019/12/10/saucy-brew-works-to-open-pub-at-pinecrest

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
I just came back from a work trip in Milwaukee and was very impressed by Northwestern Mutual’s downtown campus. They completed a 34 story tower back in 2017 that essentially created a campus by integrating with their other buildings. And although it’s not a campus, another impressive HQ tower that has recently been completed is Bridgestone’s in Nashville. That one is 30 stories.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Totally agree. If you were a casual observer or an out of town visitor, you would really have to look to see that SW is headquartered downtown. With the Landmark building, there’s not even a logo on the outside by the front door.

The Mayor's statement came out yesterday afternoon: “We are happy that the process has begun and I had a brief conversation with Sherwin-Williams [Thursday] morning and assured them that we would be competitive. In addition, our economic development team is engaged with them in finding a solution to their future growth needs.” https://www.cleveland.com/news/2019/09/sherwin-williams-looking-for-new-headquarters-company-confirms.html
