Cleveland: Ohio City: Market District Hotel
Ikr!! A 75,000 seat dome should have at least a dozen spaces

Cleveland: Population Trends
So looking at those numbers, the rate of growth from 2023 to 2024 was an approx 60% increase. Does anyone know if growth is happening at the county level also?
-
Cleveland: Population Trends
Yes, growth occurred during those years, but the population loss of the early 2010's would have still caused a census count to be negative in 2020 for the previous ten years

Cleveland: Downtown Office Buildings Updates
I read alot of articles/opinion pieces in the Pittsburgh media and beleive me they are no better off. In fact they may be worse off. St. Louis is very much worse off. No, ill take CLE any day

Cleveland: Cleveland-Cliffs
Unless I'm reading it wrong, wouldn't this just be a case where Cliffs operates USS as a separate subsidiary with a local HQ in Pit?
-
Cleveland: Cleveland-Cliffs
Yep, it was said at the time that MCD bought Boeing with Boeing's money.

Cleveland: Downtown: Huntington Bank Field
Exactly! If I were the City and County, i would be compiling a comprehensive list of concessions to let the Browns chew over And while they're at it, lobby the State for as much as they can get. We have a generational opportunity to remake our lakefront and a developer (Haslam) thats putting up over $1B to develop an eyesore near the airport. Lets not waste it.

Brook Park: New Cleveland Browns Stadium
I dont think it will get ugly at all....We are now at the stage where everyone will posture and complain but behind the scenes will work out a compromise. The City and County can dangle Modell's law and the Browns can threaten to leave the area. At the end of the day, they'll each get something - maybe not completely all, but something. Im not opposed to County or State money here. It may not be downtown but aside from that it gets a blighted area rehabed.

Cleveland: Hotel Development
Now, assuming that HQ1 and its environs are not yet fully realised, could this hotel be the one that's ben discussed in the SW thread that would serve as a place to stay for SW employees in Cleveland on business or training? i'de think that the general public would also have access?

Cleveland: Hotel Development
So would eiither or both of these hotels be a part of SW HQ2?
