Was it me or was last years festival not promoted enough. I would like to see this thing blow up. We could advertise in surrounding cities for this thing.

LOL at the last few post. "Killer Nut" that had me laughing. I wish they had left some grey in those jerseys. Oh well what can you do. Guess I can find a old jersey and wear it until some one gets thier mind right at OSU.

Man something need to be done guys. I here many people talking about this all the time. I guess it will be up to the citizens of this city to change our Image for the better.Out of towners are shocked at how some of Cleveland's citizens are down on this city. Why does it take a outsider to make people realize how beautiful this city is. Cleveland has beat up on itself for to long, its time for a change, who's with me.

What does it matter which theme park is better. Kings Island and cedar point are both in Ohio. Get a car and visit theme both for Christ sake. Both parks are amazing and both have been at the top of the most visited regional park list. They trade off from year to year. The point is that they are both amazing parks with something different to offer. Visit them both and stop arguing. I would second the nomination as the Beast being an architectural wonder in Ohio. It is historic and an engineering marvel still to this day.

I love good news. Cleveland office market looks to be on the rebound. With new housing and a rebound in office downtown will be reborn. On a second note, what are we going to do about the media in Cleveland? I cringe when I turn on the news or open the Pain dealer (Plain Dealer). The media plays a large part in the Brain Drain of this region. Maybe if they promoted this region better, we could turn this area around faster. There is so much positive stuff going on in this region on a daily basis that is not even considered as news. There are so many intelligent smart young people and professional in this region and they get little attention from the media. What can we do about this?

Cant believe that. hope they dont run out of gas again. What can you expect from a company with such a cheap price.

Comparing this tower to Museum Plaza is not right necro. Although this tower is not liked by all, this tower has a much higher approval rating than Museum Plaza. This tower is a beautiful twisting glass structure as MP is controversial and can be compared to Ren. Cen. in Detroit.

I guess it would be better for them to absorb some of the empty office space downtown. Our office vacancy rate is high. this could lead to a possible new tower either way, if they absorb some space the office vacancy rate will drop some.

I personally am glad to see this baby rising. Sorry to those who lose the view of that beautiful bridge. Hey, you win some, you lose some. Lets just hope that we dont lose any more views of the Viaduct.

I read in the economy forum of this site, that it is possible that Bank Of amreica could move downtown. this would be Cleveland only opportunity for a new mega tower downtown.

Dont Play with me. I hope they do come downtown and possibly absorb some of this empty office space or maybe build a new tower. But dont pay attention to me I have a bais for a new tower downtown. i think its sad that this region could lose more jobs. lets hope we can keep the jobs and get Bank of America downtown. I would love to have thier presence downtown.

Rode the trolleys today. They are cool. Love the wood seats, they are hard, but cool. The green buses are unique and add something else to look at downtown. I do agree with some of you as I can walk the distance of the routes and have done so on numerous occasions.

I would not mind seeing a tower over 1,000 feet in Cleveland, but honestly I am grateful for having what we have. Our city has less than half a million people but has an amazing skyline. the 80's and 90's were kind to Cleveland. Key tower is a wonderful tower and I'm glad to have it here in Cleveland.

I have seen these buses on a test run and they look great. I cant wait to ride one. Come on April 10th.

Dubai is beyond comprehension right now. This city has a building boom that is unlike anything I have ever seen.

I think that Cleveland is poised for great things. lets fasten our seat belts, and enjoy the ride. with the ability for Hopkins to tkae more flights and possibly add more international flights, it would make Cleveland an international destination. We have many assets that the city can market to the world, so I hope that the region joins together to better market this city.

I am working on getting the first two proposals to presentation quality, then maybe it will be easier to decide. i will also be working on some of my other towers. thank you all for your comments.

I dont mean to come across a negative sometimes, but I share alot of the feelings that JD does. I Love Cleveland, but dislike some things about it. Cleveland will always Rock IMO!

ok, lets get back on the topic of the transit center, lets not argue anymore . The transit center deserves the attention, which is a project that I look forward to.

oh, yeah, I have never been strong in english
