Just because a small segment of that wall collapsed, does not necessarily mean it can't be restored. It's too pretty and historic not to make it productive again.

There are so many car washes in the area now. Every time I look around, someone is building another. Even if this were an attractive use for this property (which it's not), there can't be a big enough market for all these car washes.- Cleveland: Downtown: Huntington Bank Field

I reluctantly have to agree. I think that more density is always better but why didn’t they design the building to fit the more Victorian character of the neighborhood. Also, I was on Hessler on Saturday evening for the CWRU football game. Why don’t they have streetlights?
