  1. But does the cemetery need the wall? In Boston, the Granary Burying Ground is a well landscaped historic cemetery in the middle of the city. Like Erie Street, Several historically significant Boston residents are interred here (like John Hancock, Samuel Adams, and Paul Revere). And it is open to the street.
  2. With several thousand more people working downtown, this project will be a catalyst for more residential development. Imagine several tall apartment or condominium towers, like Lumen. Critical mass here we come!
  3. It’s only a short amount of time before those parking lots will be developed.
  4. Let's hope that one day it is one of several skyscrapers that anchors the center of downtown!
  5. One of the biggest differences is security. I feel safe there now. In the 90’s I was assaulted at BW-3 and nearly bled to death.
  6. The crane should be the official Cleveland city bird.
  7. At this point I would agree, but I say hold judgement on that until the building is completed and landscaped
  8. What could possibly be wrong with a Taco Bell that serves alcohol!
  9. It will also unify the height of the buildings. Give the project a more finished look
  10. Thanks for setting me straight. I just hope that they do justice to the site.

I’m thankful for the members of this group who everyday demonstrate their devotion to the development of this great city. Y’all rock!
  12. Thanks Ken. That East 13th and Chester corner has an ocean of surface parking. The Lot next to the Greyhound bus station ( a beautiful building for rehabilitation) has so much potential.
  13. How about a mural of the Chicago skyline?
  14. What were the people who covered that thinking? Also it appears (based on the cars in the photo) that even though this was 50 years ago, there was still a parking lot on the site.
  15. There was also a deli on the ground floor.
  16. I found a more recent photo of the northwest quadrant of public square. This photo would be circa 1980, Ameritrust already owned the property, before being torn down for their never realized office tower.
  17. Here is a photo from 1952 of that section of PS. Notice the giant whiskey ad on the top of the smaller building in the middle to even the height.
