Kent / Kent State University: Development and News
By doing a little digging, I found out this new building will be 100,192 "Assignable Sq. Feet" but 154,142 "Gross building Area Sq. Feet". Whatever the hell that means.

Yes, they are taking ground samples to see what they have to do to build a 200-300 foot tower. These are my thoughts. đ But what the hell do I know. đ

You missed out! The 80's effing ruled!- Cleveland: Downtown: Skyline 776 (City Club Apartments)
I'm guessing its much easier and less time consuming to just put it all together now.- Cleveland: Downtown: Skyline 776 (City Club Apartments)
đź Whaaat đ§- Cleveland: Downtown: Skyline 776 (City Club Apartments)
That is serious business securing the crane in place. When the project is done, how do they get that bottom crane piece out of the cement?- Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Hell, it looks like every one and their mother had two cranes up inside them. I hope Sherwin isn't feeling...inadequate...đ đ€- Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Thanks guys! This clears up my confusion. I didnât really realize Cranes could be inside skyscrapers. The Lumens was outside. I thought Key Towerâs were too.- Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Whoa, whoa, whoaâŠthe Crane is going to be INSIDE the building?! đ€Ż- Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Yes, I understand that. Iâm confused by the craneâs base, as it is diamond shaped and juts into the foundation as seen by the caissons on either side of it. I guess when they finish pouring the foundation it will melt into the Crane base.- Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Latest on the foundation today. I'm a little shocked that the concrete on the craneâs base seems to be intruding onto the foundation area, as seen by the caisson to the right, basically touching the crane base.- Cleveland: Random Development and News
Jesus Christ, give Bridgeworks the money already. I was at the HOF and they are in the middle of constructing something large. I just assumed the village was underway. - Cleveland: Downtown: Skyline 776 (City Club Apartments)
