    Why don't they consider the current SHW research facility? It is near the current federal court house and will allow current transportation infrastructure to be utilized?

    @KJP - If SHW or JC is being built at the Jacobs site, why did the city just replace the sidewalks this summer and they just repaved the Jacobs parking lot?
