Building on top of the garage would be good. It would have great views of downtown, Over-the-Rhine, and the Mt. Adams hillside. Building on the lawn near the main entrance at the corner of Eggleston and Central Parkway would create a lot more interaction with the street. That lawn creates such a deep setback and is rarely programmed. I doubt it gets built on that lawn because that would require a major reconfiguration of the casino's entrance.
With any talk of development around the casino, I get nervous about the future of the flatiron building at 401 E Court St.
