Looks like it’s gained 4 stories since what we knew at the time of last week’s article...! -
I regret that I wasn’t able to snap any pix, but the curtain is over halfway complete as of tonight. And once the top/mechanical floor is finished being clad, the interior completed, and apartment units complement the night sky with an array of lights (hopefully) later this year, the Lumen will be fully realized.
