I think he’s overly negative, but I mostly see news stories of companies wanting to leave to the burbs or the region in general. I can only think of a few positives.

At my job we already know some price increases on our end. Stands to reason the Browns would also be aware of increases on their end as well.

The reduction was done last week. Return to the office for everyone starting in the summer. The West campus has become the HQ in Akron, so that’ll be full again. I heard a rumor that the Brecksville office will be kept for now due to everyone returning to office.

Again, who in here that are complaining have even been to the ballpark recently? It’s still one of the best, with tons of good food options, great seats, and great sections where one doesn’t have to sit and watch. Some of you just like to talk out of your you know what.

Does central Ohio have a bunch of organizations like Northeast Ohio does? Examples like Team NEO and Greater Cleveland. Why isn’t there just one of these working with various cities?

That development is impressive in person. Drove past it on Saturday and really adds to that section of downtown.

So that’s why I’m seeing Coyne and others going off. The business leaders seem like they’re getting high on their own supply.
