Plus they wanted it on the Scranton Peninsula.

Bibb announced West Side Market is becoming a nonprofit.

So basically, rail is not going to survive in this town? Lovely. RTA needs a complete overhaul. I’m hoping Bibb and a new county executive can get them to change their ways. Is RTA even buying new rail cars at this point?
