I keep seeing talk of spin off development in Cleveland from Intel. I guess I am just wondering what businesses would benefit all the way up here? Wouldn’t the spin-offs be more in Columbus?

Would anyone know how much it would cost to build the 3C corridor? I’m trying to convince some conservative people to support rail and they asked me that. I’m sure they’re just setting me up as a gotcha, but I’d still would like to know.

Yeah looking back we should of just did Willoughby. I’d rather just live in Cleveland, but I don’t think there is hope for any of that now.

So I live in Mentor and I love my house, but hate the city. My wife doesn’t want to move either. Is there anyway to try and make it a better place? Bug the local government to revamp building codes and make it more walkable? Or should we just take a bulldozer to this city?

Sure wish Cleveland could get the NASA facility back.

Appreciate it, I lived in Tremont a few years ago. Though that was on the main strip and loved it. Price point would be $250,000-$30k.
