How is this seen as a negative? Right by two RTA stations that the population can take advantage of to get to a possible place of work. What were some of you expecting?

Any reason why?

Used to live across from there. That place was so gross.

Why can’t the city of Cleveland be offering these incentives? How do they keep the suburbs from poaching?

I feel like that’s a pretty big deal if it comes to fruition.

I’m thinking I should have moved to Shaker for my east side option.

Hey so I’m coming from Cleveland tomorrow and going to the zoo in the morning and then going to the Crew game at night. Would you guys recommend anything either by the zoo or downtown for lunch? And maybe somewhere for dinner downtown as well? Thanks!

What can the city of Cleveland realistically do to attract more businesses away from the suburbs? I’m generally curious. Is it the leadership just doing nothing? I know there’s not a lot of of Class A office space at the moment. Is that it?

I honestly think it’s just what neighborhood you’re in. Where I live people are pretty active. Always outside walking and taking care of their yard. Not sure what’s wrong with a back deck either.

I utilized that WOW flight, it was great. Just want better things for this city and hoping to learn what this airport and the area are doing better.

How can CLE get one of those?

I wish there was a Lake County stop in there. Oh well I can just go to Cleveland’s station if this ever comes to fruition.

It’s basically the worst kept secret the Dolan’s are preparing to sell. They almost sold to Sherman when he was part of the ownership group until he bought the Royals. From what I hear they’re hiring someone to help negotiate a new TV contract and get the best deal possible, then will sell. And if anyone is moving, it will be the Rays first. Probably Oakland too. I’ve never seen a fan base that keeps suggesting for their team to move based off nothing. Especially one that has been the most well run in town.

Or he just has a different taste than you.

Plus that building looks awful.

Figured since I took a swipe that I should also comment on what I heard. Sounds like all workers are getting a raise and bonus. So good on them.

I’m not sure if this is the right place for this. I drive past Progressive’s HQ everyday and I’m pretty sure they’re installing a solar farm right there by the freeway. Anyone else have any info?

Too bad they told their workers to not expect pay raises in next couple years due to the pandemic...

Hearing from someone I know that works at the college that are in on some of these meetings, I guess they would be cutting some jobs in order for this kind of stuff to happen.
