Wife sent this to me this morning.

Most of what they wanted was city owned land and they balked at selling it. Did you actually think I meant just give it away?

They should have just given them that huge chunk of land on the eastern part of downtown like they wanted. There’s barely anything over there anyways. This is a huge loss for the city.

Welp, Cleveland about to lose another business/attraction.

Cleveland Clinic has something similar where they are giving their employees allowances for housing nearby whether that be to buy or renovate.

That lady’s boots are out of control.

It’s not like they tried to hide that. They self reported and got it cleaned up.

I would rather have what Chicago has, a boardwalk/pathway that follows the river. They required businesses that were renovating buildings to have public access onto the water.

Bibb is constantly advocating for the city and meeting with different individuals and officials. It’s why he goes out of town as well. He’s now head of a mayor climate conference that he’s trying to bring here.

Cleveland needs to be on the phone and keeping them in city limits.

When I lived in Lakewood and traveled back to the east side to visit family, it was never backed up.

Speaking as someone who lives on the east side and uses the shoreway, who cares if someone like me has a problem converting it to a boulevard. Do what’s best for the city. If someone has an issue with this that lives on the eastside, maybe we should move into the city so we are closer to everything.

Have they started? I was driving past Saturday and it looks like they took out a row of windows so far.

Drove past and RTA was definitely running, so not sure why they listed it as that. But yeah, every exit is closed and it is a pain.

I have a bunch of clothes my wife and I are donating. Is there a place I could send these to for refugees/immigrants?
