Cleveland: Glenville: Development and News
Glenville is a huge area. There’s enough room for everyone; black, white, rich, poor, etc. This idea that a few new projects are going to overwhelm the intact residents and their current way of life is a little dramatic. I say this in reference to what’s being said here and what I’ve heard from stakeholders in the area.

Cleveland: University Circle: Uptown (UARD)
These things are popping up everywhere, usually on former commercial parcels. Not a fan of them from a future development standpoint. But how its that surprising for a city that can't seem to look past the current situation of things...

Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
... and this whole part of the City was a week from being all surface parking...

Cleveland: Ohio City: Development and News
Like Scene has room to talk with their ridiculous stance on seemingly every large scale project in the City.

Cleveland: Downtown: The Beacon
If you think about it there is not a tallish structure in all of downtown that is in this dense of a context and right on the corner. Maybe only The East Ohio Gas Building or the old Key Building across the street. Euclid is so much more packed in than E9th though.

Cleveland: Downtown: The Beacon
It is going to feel enormous for sure. I love it.

Cleveland: Scranton Peninsula: Development and News
Side note; when going through the old maps it is absolutely staggering the amount of rail infrastructure around the Flats, lakefront and SE side east of Broadway.

Cleveland: Scranton Peninsula: Development and News
If you go to the historic Cleveland aerials website you can toggle between currents and historical maps. Several kinks in the river have been eliminated over the years. The blast furnace on Cambell Road is built atop an "island" that was created in what looks like the 30's. Looks like they used to cut the new path, drain the old path, and then fill it in.

Cleveland: Tremont: Development and News
It will be rehabbed into 6 condominiums (3 on 1st floor, 3 on 2nd floor) with Shaker Cycle going into the basement/Jefferson entry.

Cleveland- Thoughts on Duck Island 7 Development
Duck Island Club is in fact open, and the neighborhood has one of the most active real estate markets in the City for new construction residential.

Cleveland: Zoning Discussion
I'd say 37 floors is more like 420' these days if it's office space (11' floor to floor, 15'20' first floor, tall-ish parapet wall to block HVAC)

Cleveland: Zoning Discussion
Stark would need a variance for NuCLEus also, assuming he hasn't been through zoning yet.

Cleveland: Historic Photos
It’s treated like rocket science because there are so many impediments to make it happen. A trade was made to directly dismantle all of it.

Cleveland: Ohio City: Development and News
^looks like a sketch of the existing situation.
-
Cleveland: Downtown: May Company Building
Looks like there is also some work being done on the little spires atop the Public Square facade.

Cleveland: Downtown: Gateway District: Development and News
When bars try to make clever spellings with words it's never a good sign for their long term survival. Just an observ8-ion.

Cleveland: Historic Photos
Anything Bob Corona related shouldn’t see the light of day.

Cleveland: Historic Photos
Shows the full extent of how great the loss of the Hippodrome complex was to the density of Euclid/Prospect.

Cleveland: Duck Island: Development and News
The one that is framed is actually the cheapest of the 3 proposed. The next two are upwards of $1,200,000

Cleveland: Flats Developments (Non-Stonebridge or FEB)
Yeah, hasn’t been updated yet.

Cleveland: Flats Developments (Non-Stonebridge or FEB)
Brickhaus is the current owners of the new 12 parcels. I assume it'll be a phase of Brickman's Lorain Ave project. Keith Brown is the current owner of the 12 newly split parcels on Carter.

Cleveland: Ohio City: Development and News
Just tear this building down and get on with it.
