I would think that unless Lake Erie floods, Scranton Peninsula would be ok from a flood plain standpoint.

They built "future retail opportunities" into the Gateway garage on Huron should retail space be needed in the future. Makes everyone feel good now but it will never be turned to retail.

^Yes, they do for the most part (Duck Island, Clinton/Franklin Block Club among many others). Of course most of their own individual homes are illegal under the current code, but why let the details get in the way of holding up developments that will help the City.

I think the "Convenient" instead of "Convenience" is totally based on the "Convenient Store." I say convenient, as in "I'm going up to Convenient," because the convenience store I went to was actually called Convenient. Guess the agenda writer had the same experience. Nice Cleveland quirk.
