  1. Not sure I agree that there really wouldn't be any pedestrian activity here (blank wall), looks like they're proposing townhomes across the street.
  2. I would think that unless Lake Erie floods, Scranton Peninsula would be ok from a flood plain standpoint.
  3. That mill was probably the biggest culprit of soot staining on Downtown buildings given its geographic location and proximity. Amazing photo.
  4. They built "future retail opportunities" into the Gateway garage on Huron should retail space be needed in the future. Makes everyone feel good now but it will never be turned to retail.
  5. These are apartments, people move every 12 months. Why is this surprising that there are units for rent? Yabo and simplythis talking in circles again.
  6. Rendering is spot on...
  7. The 2nd floor balconies are 4' deep with the glazing being accordion panels to open completely to the exterior.
  8. Low expectations met with equal effort.
  9. Agreed, if Cleveland wasn't in Ohio...

  16. There will be an addition, but the old scheme is not what it will be. That was when it was going to be condos.
  17. ^what he said.
  18. Unfortunately very unlikely.
  19. WRL keeps crapping out some terrible work over here. Damn shame.
  20. ^Yes, they do for the most part (Duck Island, Clinton/Franklin Block Club among many others). Of course most of their own individual homes are illegal under the current code, but why let the details get in the way of holding up developments that will help the City.
  21. Love the density, terrible building
  22. Guess there's not an oversaturation of restaurants in Cleveland, as the former Gamekeeper's owner said.
  23. I think the "Convenient" instead of "Convenience" is totally based on the "Convenient Store." I say convenient, as in "I'm going up to Convenient," because the convenience store I went to was actually called Convenient. Guess the agenda writer had the same experience. Nice Cleveland quirk.
