C'mon guys, that St. Emeric. It's still there, though probably an earlier version shown in that photo.

Cleveland: Downtown: The 9 / Rotunda / County Admin Development
"The 9" looks like an action news logo.

Cleveland: Little Italy: Development and News
I actually think it will look better than the image is showing. Really weak rendering.
-
Cleveland: Downtown: Gateway District: Development and News
All they did was put 20 people in the rendering with a small mural and some sort of vegetation filled dumpster.

Cleveland: Detroit-Shoreway / Gordon Square Arts District: Development News
^100% true. Adds 5 weeks to every project, and for residential projects that's a long time.

Cleveland Cavs Discussion
Simmons is a Boston honk and has always hated Cleveland. He said some pretty weird and hateful things back around 2007 when the Cavs and Indians were on a roll. When the Red Sox were down 3-1 to the Tribe he said something like, "I can't believe the Red Sox are getting beat by a team with a guy named 'Ass-dribble' (Asdruble Cabrera)." This from a supposedly respectable national sports journalist? He's a classless hack in my opinion.

OfficeMax moved to Chicago, haven't stepped foot in one since.

Cleveland: Detroit-Shoreway / Gordon Square Arts District: Development News
Those are some of the most bland townhouses being proposed in the City. Is this the same developer as the townhouses around W58th & Franklin? Haven't we moved past these sorts of things?

Renders are actually "renderings." Smiley face.

Cleveland: Downtown: The 9 / Rotunda / County Admin Development
I'm sorry, I applaud Geis for getting this project going, but how does this city continue to glaze over spoon fed names. Instead of "Gospel Press" we have Tremont Place Lofts. Instead of "The Marcel" or "The Breuer" we get lame titles like "The 9" and "The Metropolitan." Other than the positives of rehabbing this complex, and of course there are an endless amount, it's an utter disaster from a design standpoint. Until we get the design work out of the hands of developer owned in-house architects we can expect more of the same.

Didn't he buy the tiny 2 story building west of Lolita in Tremont last year? That's probably around 700sf on the first floor...

Cleveland: University Circle: Centric Development (formerly Intesa)
The parking looks to be atop or completely the north building.

Cleveland: Cleveland State University: Development and News
Where's our architecture critic Steven Litt and his commentary on this horrible project? This puts the Euclid Ave portion of CSU back where it started 15 years ago.

I'd like to see a photo down Frankfort Ave. also, the difference in construction materials of the different eras (brick in the Warehouse District pre 1900, stone to the east, post 1900) is remarkable.

Cleveland: Ohio City: Development and News
New construction. Those 2 houses have been demoed.

Cleveland: Downtown: The 9 / Rotunda / County Admin Development
February 2015 is 11 months out. Considering it's such a significantly different use than a bank, I'm not sure this should really be a surprise.
