Cleveland: University Hospitals Expansion (University Circle)
That was quick. Didn't expect to see that for a few months.

Cleveland: University Circle: Uptown (UARD)
I'd like to get into one of those rent to own officeDA condos.

Cleveland: HealthLine / Euclid Corridor
Yep, red would have been much better.

Cleveland: Innerbelt News
ODOT tearing down the cold stage building at W14th is a travesty. Another building from our industrial past bites the dust. ODOT: celebrating over 50 years of destroying Ohio's cities!

Cleveland: Flats East Bank
Have 1/2 of it rise 10 feet above the water to allow boat traffic. Paging Peter B Lewis, Cleveland needs a ped bridge over the river... Flats East Bank would really benefit from something like this, and Wendy Park would probably quadruple its usage.

Cleveland: University Circle: Cleveland Clinic Developments
His "in this America's poorest big city," preamble to nearly every article is extremely annoying and unneccesary.

Cleveland: Restaurant News & Info
Marrotta's on Lee Rd just south of Cedar. Best Italian I've had in this city. Small, doesn't take reservations, but worth the wait.

Cleveland: Flats East Bank
A floating swing bridge would probably be the most cost effective, efficient, and interesting solution to the Wendy Park access.

Cleveland: University Circle: Cleveland Clinic Developments
For once I agree with everything Litt descibes in this article. He could add University Hospitals to this as well. 30 blocks of this mess...

Cleveland: Random Development and News
Sadly, it looks like they took down the remainder of the smokestack that was there at the former Independant Towel Company. Certianly a very cool building. Surprised anyone would be doing anything to renovate it though with ODOT threatening to take it in the Innerbelt reconstruction.

I'd rather shoot before I've been robbed. For the hundredth time.

Greater Cleveland RTA News & Discussion
It's funny how he complains about losing a few businesses, yet doesn't mention the fact that there are billions of dollars being invested in the corridor because it doesn't coordinate with his statement. I'm speechless on his stupidity.

Cleveland for a few days
I've suggeted a bike ride through the steel mills in the past, and I'll do it again. Not many places like it around anymore, so check it out if you have the chance.

Cleveland: Historic Photos
Cotton Club still makes 50/50. I think they sell it at Dave's in Ohio City. I may just have to pick up 2 liter tonight, good stuff.

Cleveland: Downtown: Convention Center Atrium & Expansion
I'd say this bodes well for the city and the tax payers of the county.

Beachwood: New Eaton Headquarters
I think it would be great if our board could work harder to find the bridge between these two types of group. "Talking points" if you will, for when these types of issues come up in conversation. The "individualistic" people as you label them (not a terrible label) aren't uncaring people who are rotten at their core, it's simply not clearly laid out why and how the demise of the downtown could negatively affect them in any way, in any news article or publication I've seen. I mean, if I lived on the E side and was a typical "individualistic" type wal-mart shopper and my company was relocating there, what would I care if downtown folded into itself and died, in fact, they probably deserve it because it's dirty and there are bums everywhere. I'm over-exaggerating, but only slightly. How do you counter this with an argument they can understand? You can't just say "because you should CARE about CLEVELAND." It's amusing that some people don't make the coorelation of the struggles of our cities with the struggles of our country. Thanks for those images MCCleveland, what a shame.

Cleveland: Cheer Up Randomness
Yes it is. It is honestly one of the nicest parks I have ever seen. Large trees, vines, grass, park benches, overgrown buildings. If you haven't been there I would highly recommend checking it out. E21st and Prospect I believe.

Sam Klein, best cig and candy selection in town.

Beachwood: New Eaton Headquarters
Charging land owners for amount of impervios square footage can only lead to a more sprawled out community, and more of these garbage "tree lawns" in front of the Clinic and UH. Having water retention ponds for every building is not the way to punish urban sprawl, it would only lower density.

Cleveland: Cheer Up Randomness
Personally I'm sick of talking about Eaton, let's cruise around town...

Beachwood: New Eaton Headquarters
This whole situation just proves the fact that it has always been and will continue to be Cleveland vs. the suburbs. I don't understand why the city doesn't throw its weight behind situations like this. I'm serious, jack the water bills to these crappy little burbs up by 1000% if they steal companies with more than 100 people. What does the city have to lose? It may make the burbs think twice about poaching. Who knows how realistic this would be, but what the hell, do SOMETHING about the situation.

Beachwood: New Eaton Headquarters
So Cleveland is allowing Eaton to move because of a lack of open space to expand to? You're kidding me right? You're freaking kidding me? You could throw a wrecking ball from E12th to E40th between Lakeside and St. Clair (minus Avenue District) and the most that would be lost is the city mission. And how can Jackson say that he respects their decision? If I were mayor and this were a done deal I would be ripping that company a new one, and shutting down the water to anything in a 2 mile radius of Cedar and Richmond.

F Beachwood all the way to hell. This is such horsesh&it.

Cleveland: Downtown: The 9 / Rotunda / County Admin Development
The bank vault at Cleveland Trust will be used for something, just depends on what program is inserted in the rotunda.
