Huh, I have never given that any thought that they could use that park to put a mega tower in some decade. (Later down the road) Good Catch!

Roommates
Does Pete piss in the refrigerator after a hard night of drinking??? I had a roomey that not only did this, but we are damn lucky he never burned the apt down with all the food he would START cooking and end up falling asleep. Have you ever seen a pizza after being cooked at 400dg for 9 hours. It is black ball the size of a baseball.

You all make great points comparing city and suburb migration patterns. One major thing most people forget to mention as being on the side of the (modern day) city and streetcar is gas prices. This will be a leading catalyst in the city's comeback. I was 16 yrs old in '96 and remember filling my '88 Dodge Daytona up at Speedway on Glenway Ave for 71 cents a gallon. These days are truly OVER! Hopefully sprawl and oversaturating the (suburban) home market will be soon too! For all of our property values sake!

Monroe: Cincinnati Premium Outlet
I never have understood these outlet malls. I DON'T travel to any around here but have been to some down south and there is no real appeal to me. In most cases, prices were the same as what you would find in an urban area mall or strip center. I wonder if someone could please justify for me why I (or people in general) need to travel 40-50 miles to places like Monroe or Dry Ridge to get something at the same price as they could at Kenwood, Florence, Northgate, Etc.

Cincinnati: Downtown: Queen City Square
^Kenwood Tower Realistically, I know PG won't ever leave what they got. I personally think this will be the tallest structure for awhile (possibly decades).

Cincinnati: Downtown: Queen City Square
I had a dream that P&G released an announcement that they were going to construct a new skyscraper as well. I didn't have that dream, but have been thinking about that lately! I would love to see a modern day Crysler/Empire bldg race here in the Nati. (Economics aside - just a pipe dream if you will)

Cincinnati: Uptown: UC Athletic Facilities
We've got to bring some financial stability to the daily operation of our department. I am kind of impressed that somebody at UC understands this! The well is dry!

Cincinnati: Over-the-Rhine: Development and News
(Sorry, I'm a little cranky this morning, I just had to pay $100 to the city because I had my trash cans out a day early, while I watch the hookers, drug dealers, and people getting shot in the bar across the street continue about their merry way) ????? Just for putting your cans out early? Little Harsh!
