You should have heard the crowd when the Cuban missile crisis began!! I saw 103 flash once but, was in such awe along with the other 45k or so people in attendance, that I forgot to take a shot of it being displayed. Needless to say the crowd started dispersing pretty fast in the end of the 8th. The paper is reporting 103.9 as the fastest. The.. windup.. and.. the.. pitch! Some teasers til I get around to posting a st louis thread in city photos!

I think they are doing something that resembles this. I noticed KDOT started using these on 75 in Southern KY recently and it looks as if ODOT may go cable crazy too. I guess it will surely aid in keeping median crossovers deaths to nill. I just hope they are done building noise walls!!
