That would be interesting. I was told years ago from an architect that Carl couldn't stand Cincy's building codes/restriction and pledged never to rebuild within the city limits. I found this odd! This building was built just a couple years ago at the intersection of Muddy Creek, Glenmore, and Glenway and has never had a tenant. I noticed it went into forclosure ala the giant forclosure sign that has adorned it for the past year. Drove by today, and it is completely gone!
