It bothers me that they installed chain link fencing on the west side of the noise wall. What is the point?

I'm not sure if it was said on here or not , but I think this would be perfect for the Team Store or some type of team/community event center (Maybe replace Seven Hills Center since it really doesn't fit well with the neighborhood). Build whatever kind of infill you want around it but saving this would be a wise decision by the FC leadership from a PR perspective. I say that as a West End resident and an FC season ticket holder.

I would consider the the Westwood Town Square area the best case the Westside has at creating a square with the likes of HP or Mt Lookout.

I'm an FC season ticket holder and I'm a West End home owner (bought in well before FC was ever thought of). I talk often with my neighbors about this and I will say that aside from the fear tactics from the Josh Springs/Brian Garry's of this issue, most West End residents in the Dayton Street historic district are pretty optimistic on positive promises that the team has made. It's kind of hard to pass judgement on things like soccer fields for kids, community events etc. at this point because we are still pretty early in the process. The one thing that is a common comment from residents is that Berding early on promised that nobody would be displaced. Whether you agree or disagree with the 14 or so renters being displaced, Berding should have never made that comment. It was a mistake and people have remembered it possibly because the outside activists and media keep reminding them. All in all I hope FC stays true to their commitment to the residents and kids of this community

It would be neat if they demolished all the annexes added over the years and built the block up around the original structure. Highly doubt that will happen though.

The sheer number of E-commerce warehouses either planned, under construction, or completed in our region is off the charts.

Does anyone know what is being done on the Ohio side of the bridge between the current span and the old CG&E plant? They have dug a huge pit and their seems to be a lot of activity going on. Does this have to do with the bridge? Is it soil remediation similar to what they did on the lot north of this a few years back?

Was their any other renderings or news other than the concert hall? Did they release how many units they are planning? If any?
