Cincinnati: Westwood: Western Hills Plaza redevelopment
New Western Hills Plaza Site Plan. Don't know why the Marathon station is still there. I was told it was to come down in June or July. http://www.centroprop.com/siteplans.asp Leasing Brochure with surrounding info and Pop. stats. *Pretty neat aerial shot* It is looking south with the airport (I think) in the distance. http://www.centroprop.com/LeasingBrochures/1376.pdf

Is it real or photoshopped?
The middle photo should be the 1st in the set of 3 shots. I will flip/flop more to the side of it being real now. The boat in the background is another good ref.

Is it real or photoshopped?
If that is the sequence in which the pics were taken, then I am going with FAKE. Did the shark jump twice? Why is he barely out of the water on the 2nd shot, but a couple feet out of the water on the 1st and 3rd one? Edit: OK the more I stare at this, the more I think it's a hoax. Study how and what the shark and the surfers next position would be while using the girl on the board as a reference. She is behind the wake from his board on the 3rd pic. IF IT IS REAL, then that is a different shark in the 3rd pic. I see black tips on the end of his side fins which I don't see in the 1st.

Newport, KY: Newport on the Levee: Development and News
I feel that once the reversal of more people moving to the basin REALLY takes hold......and I mean the affordable places, .. not the people who buy for investment or a 2nd home in the big city highrises, but the true middle class residents (OTR) who will do most of their shopping Downtown, NOTL, Tower Place, and or The Banks eventually. Will NOTL have to stray from it's original design? Sure, they can't cater to the suburban customer like they have tried to, but it will not fail in the sense that some on this board almost sound like they WISH it would. Some of you guys sound as if you would party like no other to see it boarded up. Ultimately I think the success of NOTL will hinge on how much of the population BOTH SIDES OF THE RIVER can bring back over the remainder and beginning of the next decade. The land is just too valuable and I don't see that decreasing anytime soon! They will adapt! Into what, I haven't got a clue, but they will.

Art Deco - Cincinnati
Great shots! I luv Indiana Limestone!!!! Western Hills Viaduct (1932ish)and the Paddock Rd overpass (2000ish) are two good examples of Art Deco inclusion into bridge construction off I-75. Very interesting about the Shilitos facade.

Where is the best place to get pizza?
I will second Goodfellows as well, but for the Cincy area, (West Side) Trotta's and Queen City Pizza both come close to that Athens masterpiece.
