Cincy - Hidden History
I was on that tour today as well! Kauffman Brewery was amazing! Someone needs to get a hold of those execs at Hoffbras and get them to move it to this place. It looks as if it was built for it.

Airline Industry News and Discussion
I find this entire fiasco silly on the part of the FAA. These planes have been fine for decades and it would not be that difficult to work on these planes over the course of a couple weeks. Instead, they are inconveniencing thousands, (if not millions by the time this is over) of people and are sinking the bottom lines of AA and the entire industry for that matter. I don't know, I am all for safety but C'mon. This is just crazy.

They ran a positive "Consider This" on the streetcars earlier in the week. Mon. or Tues night, can't remember. I think it has to do with viewer input. Get on there Michael!!

Cincinnati: 33 West Fourth St
Geez, I'm not quite following. Why would they even consider selling it that cheap (250k) when they have other interests wanting it for 1 million? Sounds as if city coffers are either overflowing (Ha!) or somebody in gov't is up to something shady.

Interesting pickup. Never thought of that. It would be worth doing some research on to ensure the public health of those inhabiting the space whether it be park or structures.

That is the first I have ever heard of a Tram. I love the idea, but how viable would that be at this locale? IMO, something like a Tram would be better serving Price Hill or Mt Adams. One going to NKY would work too, but I don't know that I like it starting where these caps would be. The green space sounds great, but I would prefer the 5-6 story buildings go over a couple of the segments. MORE DENSITY!! Not to take anything away from the proposed green space (It would look cool!), but the new Central Riverfront Park should satisfy our green space needs. I would rather see them cover up any sign of FWW even existing under the caps. Either way, we would get a truly reconnected riverfront AGAIN after 60+ years of separation. We can't go wrong here at all.
