I wasn’t quick enough to snap a pic, but there’s now several pieces of equipment on the Gravity 2 site. It’s finally happening, guys!

I used to live in the Grayson, and I’d always wondered what was going on here. Glad the building is finally gonna be put to use.

I was surprised to hear that too! Definitely looks like there’s a lot left to do, but I’m keeping my fingers crossed.

They’re not the greatest, but I tried to snag a few shots of the upcoming Trolley Barn District. Supposedly, they are going to announce several tenants next month. Honestly, this is one of the projects in town I’m most excited about. I think it could bring a lot of local business and more interest to the area.

Here's the lots they want rezoned. Currently surface parking for NCH. Would be great to see them developed.

I sure hope so! 😁 They’ve also recently requested rezoning permits for the lots east of Parsons in the Southern Orchards neighborhood. I’ll have to go through the requests again to see what their wanting, but I’m hoping it’s more height.

I believe that should bring the total count in the city to 15, correct?

Ah, thanks! Looked everywhere and couldn’t find anything. Seven isn’t bad for its location on the campus.

Anyone know how high this building is supposed to cap out at?

There’s machinery on site. I couldn’t tell if it was for Gravity 2.0 or the work on State St. Fingers crossed we see things happening this week.

Haven't seen it posted here yet, but Gravity 1.0 has recently seen two new tenants. On the retail side is Axon, a new fitness facility: https://www.trainaxon.com/ And on the office side, Switch Insurance is moving into the 3rd floor of the office building: https://insswitch.com/columbus Hopefully as these spaces continue to fill, it will be more motivation to get started on 2.0...

Get rid of that unnecessary surface lot, and I think it looks pretty great.
