Love that Edwards has really built up the Gay and High area and is now taking over Cap Square. I imagine the 12 story will have connectivity to the elevated park too, so this should end up being a really neat, connected area of DT. Also have no faith that CH will start anything on their lot this decade lol

Idk about the Franklinton meeting, but the DT commission lacked a quorum, so they didnt hold it. I don’t remember seeing this project on the agenda anyway.

Work is starting on taking down the glass side panels on the sky bridge for the elevated park. Would love if this and Butcher & Rose are both ready for the summer.

Fingers crossed the apartments actually get started this year. And hopefully we get updated plans on future phases this year too. Im not a fan of the current plans for phase two.

OH also rents part of the lot for employee parking. With two new garages coming online in the next couple years, they may have decided they won’t need that extra parking anymore…freeing it up for redev.

Wonder if they’re being considered for the city’s small biz storefront program? They’d be the perfect spot for that.

This one had a super slow start, but the MCE project is really starting to take shape now.

The new rendering posted above show it taller than the old building.

New details and renderings of Residential Building 3 in this month’s DTC meeting. There’s no mention of the other three buildings; hopefully, that’s still forthcoming.

Building is about halfway done with demo now.

I’ve seen a few folks working on it on a few different occasions. Looks like the work has been on the second level so far. Apartments maybe?

Is that the one right next to 150 3rd and the car rental shop? I’ve seen crews working on renovating that one recently.
