Gravity 2.0 and the scioto peninsula project are seriously going to give bridge park a run for its money as far as my favorite newer developments in Columbus. 2022-2023 are going to be such big years for Columbus development even with the pandemic screwing some things up.

Off topic real quick but this angle of downtown might be the best angle of the skyline to really see all the buildings. From this viewpoint our skyline actually looks decent.

That looks great. Hope it gets approved and work can start this summer. RIP to Danes that used to be there a long time ago. That strip of buildings is in my top 5 list of buildings/lots that would like to see new development in the short north. Some others in my top 5 would be family dollar building, check cashing building, Monte cristo building, former American apparel building.

Do we think there’s any chance any of these actually get built? Just trying to gauge my excitement level.

Damn that’s crazy that project has been in construction for like 5 years now it feels like. I could be exaggerating but still!

I would think they would if they haven’t already hire some kind of Bridge Park security team that will patrol around and maybe crack down on the rules.
