Curious if anybody knows why there hasn’t been anyone moving into The Matan LC apartments yet. They have looked to be finished for close to a year now but I haven’t seen any movement there at all.

Looks great hope this gets built out quick. I wonder if they’ll be keeping the crew mural on the side of the building. Also in the original article they said they’re putting in bocce ball courts. I feel like those are take up way too much space and never really get utilized.

Does anybody know what’s happening at the old Cosecha Cocina space? I saw people inside doing work with a bunch of lights and a projector screen I think. Also you can see in the pic I took someone has began removing the name from the exterior. Figured it wouldn’t be long till someone took over there. 4th st is really turning into something special.

They need to activate at least one of those rooftops. Agree with everyone above saying that. Would be nice views of DT. Especially now that we lost the Smith bros rooftop for public use. I still can’t believe that catering company is only using that for a wedding venue and not a bar/restaurant as well. Such a waste.
