Always thought this space would be a great space for Cleveland’s Marble Room to open up in.

River and Rich 2, full Gravity build out, Symphony building, a few more Peninsula buildings and it’s going to really be crazy. Kind of reminds me of Fulton Market District in Chicago

Has there been any news on the Family Dollar site?? At this point I’d be okay with a park being built there. Anything but that abandoned eye sore.

There’s been solid growth as you’ve stated but I’ve been to Denver recently and our growth feels like a drop in a bucket compared to Denver (i get it’s not a fair comparison).

I also know the Nicholas tried as well but TJs said no

Trader Joe’s would have been better but I will not complain about Luckys one bit. Still crazy there is no TJs in the downtown area.

God 5th Ave has so much potential!

Please please Kaufman go do some projects in another area of downtown like Brewery District or Warehouse District.

Charlottes downtown is what I hope Columbus’ will somewhat look like one day

It’s a shame the one of the first things people see coming from the convention center to the short north is this boarded up building. This project seems like a slam dunk, I’m surprised it didn’t go through.

Wonder what happened to Corso’s plans of opening up like 3 different businesses underneath the AC hotel. All of the ground floor retail is vacant there still. The Arena District really needs a resurgence for nightlife which i think will take pressure off the short north as a going out destination.

This is the type of juicy news I’m here for, well done. I give this a 4/5 💦 on my juice meter. Lol
