  1. I noticed a giant dumpster outside of it with some innards so I was particularly curious. It's an attractive structure and quite a few other homes and buildings have been or are being renovated around there so fingers crossed.
  2. More than just about anything in Cleveland I am most excited for this. It's unfortunate that redevelopment in this area is just starting to get into full swing because there are some really kick ass buildings that are immediately fronting the sidewalk. It's like an urban factory setting that you just can't find anymore and would make for awesome places to live. This is one of the few structures that is even remotely salvageable. I live in this neighborhood I only want the best for it. As a side note lots of little houses here and there getting renovated including one called "The Oscar" I'm curious about at 55th and outhwaite if anyone has extra info.
  3. Disappointed about a 105 space parking lot but nice to see a vacant lot filled in
  4. As attractive as the viaduct is, I'd much rather not have a 100 million+ project in the hands of someone with such unqualified experience
  5. It's not that dark grey is "vogue" it's just plain handsome. Obviously i wouldnt want everything to look like that but it definitely makes for a striking presence whenever I'm in the area
  6. Definitely a fan I think it's a very charming design. Not everything has to be so bombastically eccentric
  7. That's great to hear. I really liked the look of the rendering and I'm typically not the biggest fan of our current contemporary architecture I live just south of that location and have always.. well dreamed of what this section of the city could be.
  8. I wouldn't be so bothered by demolitions but the architectural vision that replaces many of these structures today is all too often bland, or even downright ugly if one even comes. Are we really the minority when it comes to design? Hough is imbued with a character that is so worth the investment to revitalize. I actually can't understand why the builders today all construct the same damn thing.
  9. Is the structure beyond repair? Whats the likelihood this was an insurance scheme? *Never mind always read before commenting, ha.
  10. I’ve tried going to this restaurant numerous times and it has been closed. I guess they received some city money to upgrade equipment but the timing isn’t the best given when the article dropped
  11. I have to agree it’s kind of an attractive look. I’m not terribly far from Glenville I’ll have to take a look around see what else is going on. I really hope the wade park townhomes kick off
  12. Demolition fever again, eh? Hasn’t the clinic had their eyes on that Property for some time now?
  13. Unfortunate to hear given what’s to replace them didn’t seem to excite me in terms of a unique design. Are they to be an absolute certainty to be building there? Or are things still to be approved?
  14. Sorry for the poor photo, but I Was riding down Carnegie and noticed this at the intersection of e100th. Can anyone tell me what this development is?
