Somebody could start a 'Rockefeller Brewery'. MadTree Brewing in Cincinnati uses part of the old building and is pretty cool.

Sorry guys, my message wasn't intended to offend or provide status. I agree with your points about the complexities involved in project financing and legal requirements. My remark was based on what I perceived as a slow start, but I realize that there's a lot happening behind the scenes that I might not be privy to. I have a lot to learn about the intricacies of such complex projects and your insights help broaden my understanding.

This project is struggling to get out of the gate.

Once this gets moving, do you think it will follow a similar pace as 45 Erieview or is it more difficult because of the micro units? I was able to tour 45 Erieview a few weeks ago and it is looking amazing!

@KJP- Based on the SW thread, it sounds like there might be some announcement coming soon about building on the Rockefeller lot after the demolition of the parking garage? Any news that you can disclose now?
