Based on the city planning meeting it looks like there will be a joint review from City Planning & Landmarks for the project. They are looking to schedule the session so I think designs are coming soon. I hope its recorded and on you tube like all the other sessions.

I can't wait to see what Pickard Chilton creates especially since I will be seeing it in the skyline from the west side 😀. I have high expectations don't let me down.

So excited waverly & oak got approved. The bar is now set high for future developments in the neighborhood.

I love the Fulton House project and think its very appropriate for a mixed use street like Fulton. I see the approval was tabled and I hope the architect doesn't gingerbread it up. I don't think buildings should try to replicate the past like a Disney world solution but they should move forward with a nod to the past which this building does.

I think Fulton House looks great - hopefully landmarks approves this - it would be a great addition to the neighborhood.

It's funny that there are so many opinions on a site plan showing rectangles and squares. I for one can't wait for the design to be unveiled but I will wait for Sherwin to reveal this on their time frame. Nothing on Pickard Chilton's and Vocon's websites make me believe this building isn't going to be specular inside and out.

Does anyone know what they are doing in the building across from the Parkview? It looks like new windows have gone in and a renovation is taking place.
