Anyone have any other info on this project? https://www.news5cleveland.com/news/local-news/new-home-construction-planned-in-detroit-shoreway-clifton-boulevard-lakewood CLEVELAND — Tillman Avenue Townhomes Plans for four townhomes on Tillman Avenue between West 49th and 54th Streets in Gordon Square were received well by the Cleveland Landmarks Commission during a conceptual presentation Thursday. The townhomes are designed to try to fit in with the residential homes across the street and up and down the block. The land is currently vacant but is next to a used car lot. Cleveland City Council member Matt Zone told the Commission that there have been townhome projects proposed in the past for the site but had tried to fit in many more homes. Horton Harper Architects
