I tried to a couple weeks ago and there was concrete work going on on the 6th and 5th floors. Let me see if I can get over there today or tomorrow.

Just an FYI, the Guardians are out of town (LA) on that day so nothing in that vicinity should be too hectic. As per @GISguyrecommendation, I have been to BrewDog several times and it is very spacious. Definitely plenty of space inside or out on the patio. That seems like a perfect option. Although I can't speak for their food as I was on a liquid diet each time 🤪 but they do have a broad menu. @ColDayManmentioned Ohio City and I believe there was a meetup I missed in the past at Saucy, correct? if so, I would exclude that. But North High Brewing is a cool place I have been to a few times with food and seating outside, weather permitting of course.

Just me or did the renderings make the landscaping seem much more plentiful and expansive? That area looks pretty small.

Other than Bridgeworks? Similar scale?

Is there a way to contact them to give some advice? I will gladly send an email.

Random shower thought: when the construction is about to wrap up are these buildings power washed or something to remove all the dust from construction?

Does anybody know if these art installations have a meaning or story behind them? To avoid confusion, I'm referring to the four lit up blue in the foreground.

Okay these will definitely look fantastic at night, love the purple!! And even Allen pops nicely with the light. But Sept 28?!!! Holy moses that's still a ways away.

Another public input study? Like @cadmen said, you got a ton of good public feedback, just come up with the damn plan already! I have to study everything a bit more later, so I don't have an immediate reaction. But I do have an immediate question: This entire plan/layout is being thought of and built around the Browns stadium, so what if the stadium moves? Is demolished? What do they do with that massive plot of land then?

Back and forth. Round and round. Pointing fingers. Subliminal media messages. Politics. Studies after studies. I am so worn out over this god d*mn topic. Pick a f*cking spot (there will be naysayers with any location that is chosen), figure out financing and get it the hell done. Or just get the hell out of town and don't let the door hit ya.

My guess is some sort of break area. Maybe some tables and chairs out there for workers to meet, have coffee, or do I dare say.... a cigarette? 🤯
